These terms govern your purchase and use of The Peptide Tracker (the "Software"), sold by Oak Blue Press ("we," "us"). By purchasing, downloading, or using the Software, you agree to these terms.

1. The license you are buying

The Software is licensed, not sold. Your purchase grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use one copy of the Software for your own personal, individual use. You may keep your copy and use it on your own devices.

2. What you may not do

You may not, in whole or in part:

Resell, rent, lease, sublicense, or otherwise commercially distribute the Software or its contents.
Share, publish, post, or redistribute the file or its compound library, text, or data to any other person or platform.
Modify the Software and distribute the modified version, or create derivative works based on it.
Remove or alter any copyright, license, or attribution notices.

3. Ownership

Oak Blue Press owns all copyright and other intellectual property rights in the Software, including its source code, the compiled compound library and text, and its design. Your license does not transfer any ownership to you. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

4. Refunds

If the Software does not make your research easier, email us within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Because this is a downloadable digital product, refunds outside that window are at our discretion.

5. Educational use only, no medical advice

The Software is educational and informational only. It is not medical, pharmaceutical, or legal advice, and it does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition. Oak Blue Press does not sell, supply, or facilitate access to any substance. Many compounds referenced are prescription-only or research-use-only, and their legal status varies by country. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before making any decision.

6. No warranty; limitation of liability

The Software is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Oak Blue Press is not liable for any damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Software or any information in it. You use the Software and any information in it at your own risk.

7. Enforcement

Unauthorized copying, redistribution, or resale is a violation of copyright law and these terms, and may be pursued to the fullest extent available, including takedown requests and claims for damages.
